Is RockAuto a decent place for car parts?

I have been looking at getting some foglights for my car, because there is a space in the bumper for them, and hookups, but no housings, and so I had to go in to NAPA to get a new blinker bulb, and I so I decided to ask about foglight housing (theres no housing at all) and from them, its like $85 for EACH foglight housing. but I was looking on RockAuto and it would only be like 58 bucks for both.

I'm just wondering, does rockauto have decent parts, becuase even if the foglight housing didn't last that long, it is still only about 1/3 the price of NAPA.

Rockauto is pretty damn good, but it varies. Try Amazon, they have pretty good deals on parts too.

okay, its about the same price, the least expensive I saw was 31 bucks, which is only a couple of bucks for than rockauto.

When I had my W123, there was no part I couldn't find at a good price between Rockauto and Autohauz.

I use them frequently. Any issues have always been handled very well by them. Only trick is to pay attention to their shipping costs, they can add up in a hurry if you're buying a lot of parts at once.

yeah, that seemed really expensive to me at NAPA, its good to know that they aren't like harbor freight, where they have cheap stuff, but with shoddy quality.

well I use it most of the time, but I always check around, they are not always the cheapest, but usually are.

the shop I work at part time, the owner uses them quite alot, to help save customer money, IF customer isnt in a hurry. he always checks, & alot of times they are.

so far I only got 1 bad item, a heater core, I bought it new, on a closeout, it was under $10 had a 30 day warranty, & put it in a van I was fiixing for my wife, & ended up selling to a friend, & it lasted maybe 8 months, & broke just like the original one did, my friend ordered a new one from them, different brand & not on closeout, he paid around $30, & time will tell how it lasts.

everything else has been great, for me, & the garage
